IMPORTANT : The MKA reserve the right to use any of the aforementioned 'named' organisations or referenced arts, taught by, developed by or founded by Adam J. Merton.
References to earlier, similar named 'Martial Art' styles are often used in our teaching material and are indicated as being influenced by or defined as offshoots of the original style mentioned.
Any references to the original method of: Shunryū Genpō Ryu Kenpō Karate of the now defunct system are used to indicate the core method built upon to create the offshoots now taught at the Academy. We are no way affiliated to or should be considered as the inheritors of the SGRKK family system. Nor are we an EPAKS offshoot or official 'American Kenpo' School.
